One-on-One Mentoring and Coaching
Robert: You are a legend!! I feel and am on top of the world. It will take me a while to catch up on old items and things to do. But everything since the day you left is up to date moving forward. I just need to work on checking my emails more often! Your planner works great and the mobile office is awesome!! I will get you to come back soon as what you have achieved for me in such a short period of time is awesome! Thank you so much Louise!
Narelle: I thought I had a filing system that was ok but nothing was working. I would get upset because of the amount of work but never knew where to start. I had heard good things about Louise so I wanted to give it a try. My filing system is now so easy. Everything has a place including projects I am working on. I have a desk that does NOT have loose paper everywhere. If anyone needs anything it is 2 mins to find it instead of an upset hour. I have learnt what to delegate and that I am better at my job when I have a clear mind and organised office. I am so thrilled with how I am now feeling and how everyone is working better around me.
Kimberly: As an entrepreneur, I value working with a professional, after all there are only so many seconds in the day. You were immediately focused on understanding my problems and needs, and the solutions you suggested during the planning phase were perfect. Without you I would never have achieved what we did in that short period of time, once again reiterating why it’s worth the investment to work with an expert!
Nadine: It has given me a real kick to know there is somewhere to put things, and to know I will save so much time when I go to look for them again. I couldn’t have imagined a more productive day.
Sharyn: You’ll be so proud! We had our first ‘strategic’ meeting today. We have put together a list of the things we know we have to do next year and prioritised the first few things…. (and we’ll) ask you to come in for one of our meetings.
Jude: The sessions were really productive and I saw results – I knew I wouldn’t be able to do this on my own as I just would not have made it a priority. I am processing paperwork easily and am able to identify when I might need a new system to deal with new situations as they arrive. The office is much more workable and getting rid of old files has been a huge relief. I recently had to retrieve some old tax documents and it was so easy to grab the exact file I needed.
Melanie: Your approach, positivity, and enthusiasm has always been so encouraging. Strangely enough you helped me to be nicer to myself. Since working with you you’ve helped me realise how the decisions I’m making now will have consequences – what I buy will end up somewhere. I think about this now before I buy things – even though I see things I actually stop and ask it might be a bargain but do I really need it, where will it live? The same with groceries – I don’t buy what I don’t need. My buying habits have finally changed to reflect our budget – finally! I’ve been able to convince some of the family to look at the present choices they are making for my family this Christmas. They’ve chosen to focus on experiences that will create memories and mean more to my children. I feel like I have made changes to the way I think about stuff – and I am not as attached to possessions as I used to be. Busy women that need a bit more time, and feel overwhelmed could benefit from working with Louise.
WELL Productivity Online Program
“I didn’t enjoy the session I did yesterday!!!! I love helping others but seldom, if ever, would ask for help and was very confronted by the insight behind that. Am still pondering it and doing some reflection. That’s the purpose of this course ……to hold up the mirror and help us to be brave enough to take on the challenge and re-evaluate. Sometimes the reflection in the mirror is an ‘ouch’. Will keep being brave and continue with the sessions!!!! I am really enjoying them.”
“We are thoroughly enjoying your program. I printed out the workbook and so we are using that along with the information on the website and watching your videos which is causing some real, rich and authentic conversation amongst the group.”
“The group that meets on a Wednesday afternoon are just loving the course. Some more so than others are just embracing it and making huge changes in their lives, especially at home, and we just talk non-stop about the positive changes that are happening. It’s just wonderful!!”
Speaking and workshops
Kerrie Phipps – Accredited Coach, International Speaker & Author: I was pleased to invite Louise to deliver workshops with me at the Small Business Centre – East Pilbara in Port Hedland, Western Australia. Louise added great depth to my workshops in the areas of delegation, time management and productivity. I have no hesitation in recommending Louise and look forward to working with her on many more exciting projects.
Dr Janet Reynolds – Convenor, Home Economics Institute of Australia (HEIA) Education Committee – “On behalf of the Conference Organising Committee I would like to thank you most sincerely for presenting at the HEIA (Q) Conference. I love your enthusiasm and passion and am sure that it rubbed off on to the audience…. You are such an asset to the profession – thank you.”
Rachel Bailey and Robyn McNeil – (Co-ordinators) Brisbane Coach Colleagues Group – “Your energy was absolutely infectious, and I could see aha’s happening all over the room. Thanks for being so generous with your time after the session.”
Susie Randel-Kneipp – Logan Administrators Network Secretary and Deputy Principal Carbrook State School – “Louise’s well researched and high energy presentation to over 350 educators in January 2013 enabled our cluster of schools to move forward with some clear and agreed sets of practices and goals for the year ahead. As current educators we face many complexities including the demands of curriculum and educational reform on top of the high level challenges of directing positive student improvement.
Louise was able to not only demonstrate her understanding of these issues through well researched investigations but also offer educators solution-focused suggestions on managing their personal health and time in order to meet the demands of their work environment. Louise had this audience captivated as she reminded them of their value to the community and the importance of the work they carry out and how to improve longevity and enjoyment in a profession they love but is sometimes extremely taxing. Louise’s practical and immediately actionable suggestions remain something that we continue to reflect back on and embed …”
Ainsley: “Such a great session, I know the quality of my work, my productivity and general well being is going to benefit immensely! Thank you for being such a nurturing and supportive health professional and Women’s Awesomeness Advocate!”
Jose Cosgrove (Home-Start Western Area Inc), Member Warren Child and Family Support: “The Warren Child & Family Support Group (Central West NSW) had the pleasure of hosting the 2 hour evening seminar “Food for a Happy and Calm Household” on Wednesday 22nd April 2015 at Warren Sporting Complex, Warren, NSW. A number of the members of Warren Child & Family Support Group and local families, including Chris Crisp and her staff from Warren Preschool and Kindergarten, had first heard Louise D’Allura speak at Nyngan (Central West NSW) last year. They drove the 200km round trip and loved the session. Louise’s fun approach to a serious topic and her ability to share what could be a very complex topic, in plain English was a hit with locals.
So much so, within 24 hours we were getting requests from local families to have this event in Warren. Thanks to the grant from Warren Shire Council’s Community Builders Funding program we were able to bring Louise D’Allura and this two hour event to Warren. The feedback from the event has been excellent and we are pleased to say the session delivered exactly what we had hoped. Louise was great to deal with throughout the process, right from the beginning by providing templates and media releases. It made life so much easier for the Warren Child & Family Support Group members who needed to organise this event.
We appreciated the effort Louise went to, in liaising with the local supermarkets to identify swaps. It gave the session a wonderful local feel and really provided practical information on what to avoid, how to read labels, easy swaps and simple recipes for parents, teachers and childcare educators. It was a powerful message to show parents they can improve their children’s health and take control by just swapping a few products to remove the questionable additives from their diets. We had local media coverage at the event to share the key concepts in a follow up article. We are pleased to say we continue to have lots of discussions regarding food additives at our regular playgroup, and out in the street with other members of the community. The Warren Child & Family Support Group are happy to be advocates for Louise and this seminar. We wholeheartedly encourage other communities to get behind this program if they have the opportunity to have it in the community.”
Sherryn Beidham – Strathpine Community Kindergarten Inc.
“Strathpine Community Kindergarten engaged the services of Louise D’Allura to present an information session to parents and staff regarding additives in 2012. This talk was both informative and very well presented. Louise was able to captivate us all with her lively, informative and down to earth approach to what would normally be a scientific and “information overload” topic. All parents who attended agreed that Louise’s information was beneficial to them and their families. Parents even made comment weeks later about the significant behavioural changes in their children after making adjustments with their family’s diets.”
Lisa Crump – 2012 President, Strathpine C & K Community Kindergarten
“Hearing Louise talk was exciting and informative! Her depth of information is amazing and I have never heard anyone make food so engaging and fun. Right From our first contact, through to the end of the presentation, Louise has gone above and beyond to help where ever possible. From setting up and bookings, through to following up people’s questions and resources after the presentation, I have only had prompt and outstanding service.
As a mother, the information Louise shared has helped my family more than words can say. We have moved from a house of frustration and yelling, to a more calm, happy and healthy Environment. My son no longer has tantrums that last for half an hour and his attention span and listening has increased since following Louise’s advice on our daily foods and life choices. Both my children are less moody and ask for healthier food, as they too notice the difference in themselves. Louise a professional and energetic presenter. What makes Louise stand out from other’s in her field, is that she has a real passion to help others, which shows in her delightful, warm, and positive personality. I would not hesitate to work with Louise again and I would recommend and promote her presentations to all members of our community”
Belinda Bell, Nyngan NSW: “I decided to make the 200km round trip to attend (and) I was absolutely blown away with what I discovered. The seminar helped me to make the right choices of eating for my family and by just eliminating the harmful additives and preservatives both my kids eczema is starting to settle and I have noticed my sons behaviour improve as well. With what I learnt it has made a huge change with how I feed my family and in the long run my family will be healthier and happier.”
